I generate service estimates that can be adjusted as needed to make sure we maintain your budget.

Pricing

My intention is to offer support that is financially accessible to those interested in working together.

To honour that and provide a living wage for myself, I charge a $40 hourly rate and offer a sliding scale on an as need basis. I trust that you are able to take into consideration what you can afford that respects our collective needs!

Invoicing

Once we discuss what kind of support you are looking for, I will provide you with a service estimate that outlines the time and cost of the requested deliverables, and can be amended as needed.

I provide itemized invoices on a 2 week cycle, or per project depending on the project timeline.

Expedited Timelines

Occasionally, requests or projects that have urgent timelines may involve adjusted pricing to reflect the increased effort, resources, and efficiency to maintain the same standard of high quality results.

Any adjustments will be discussed with you before proceeding.

    • Generating invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining records of financial transactions

    • Maintaining, updating, and organizing digital filing systems, online booking and CRM systems (ex: Jane), contact lists, client files, expense tracking, and more.
